Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including customized abayas, sale items, and accessories.
Return Process: 1. Contact our customer support via email at gulfabaya7@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92-337-2486783 to request a return authorization. 2. Securely pack the item and include proof of purchase (invoice). 3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your abaya for a different size or design, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
