At Gulf Abaya, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase for a different size, style, or design. Our Exchange Policy is designed to make this process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized abayas, sale/discounted items, and accessories cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and quality control reasons.

Exchange Process: 1. Contact our customer support team via email at gulfabaya7@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92-337-2486783 to request an exchange authorization. 2. Clearly mention the new size, style, or design you wish to receive. 3. Securely pack the item with proof of purchase (invoice) and ship it to the address provided by our team. 4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to availability of the requested product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
